I was able to Power On the Items via Include Cords. B Used, Very Good - Minor scuffs or scratches, no dents dings, C Normal to heavy scuffing and scratching, a few Fair Significant several E Poor Extreme dents, dings. I was unable to perform any further tests due a lack of Knowledge/Resources. The Items have Major Scuffs, Scratches, Paint Loss from Heavy use SEE PICTURES.
