The reader head seemed dirty at first playing the tape but it to clear up shortly after or was because I adjusted navigation fix fuzziness. It could use a little cleaning and as stated previously, it may need head cleaner in case its still dusty inside. OBVIOUS NOTE: Sale is for VHS tape player only. Comes with the US plug adapter and a brand new sealed pack of composite cables.

As seen in pics, it played the tape clearly. The tape is a USA version VHS so it plays both regions. If you find it reading tapes distorted, please clean the head first. Not the box TV.
