Nice Panasonic PV-1362 video cassette recorder does not power up. Case is straight with light soiling and scratches. Made in Japan 1986. I removed the bottom only to ensure no water damage, etc.

Overall a good candidate for repairs. Internals are clean with no obvious signs of damage or abuse. Left front rubber foot is missing. Right side shows light scuffs.

Weighs 12 lbs 2.8 Oz's. Front panel shows some damage at right side. Case and internals are very clean for the age. I attempted no repairs except for jiggling the power cord.
