This is being sold as. Super uncommon to find this particular model of deck around. Its still very well could be a capacitor, but I just don't have time to diagnose this machine. Picture quality on this machine is fantastic.

The unit power on just fine. I have cleaned heads. I have tried with headphones as well RCA out. Top of the deck shows typical signs wear and tear, but there are no dents.

I have tested fast-forward rewind and jog shuttle functionalities. Problem with this machine is that the sound distorted a lot of crackling.
