UK power plug and PAL formatted recorder player. Comes with an aftermarket remote. Powers up and plays DVDs was able to test with region free disc as it won't play US based region 1 discs. The Sony RDR-VX450 is a VCR and DVD recorder that capable of playing VHS media.

It loads vhs tapes but I don't have PAL formatted discs to test capabilities or function so am selling as parts only.
